北京时间7月10日晚，2022三人篮球亚洲杯迎来女篮决赛的争夺，中国队以14:10战胜澳大利亚队，夺得本届三人篮球亚洲杯的冠军。这是中国女篮第一次夺得三人篮球亚洲杯冠军，创造了历史。    Boman Irani has been a part of the film industry for decades, but at 66, the actor marked his directorial debut with The Mehta Boys, proving that age is just a number. And his hard work paid off well as the film won the Filmfare Award for Best Web Original Film: Critics at the Filmfare OTT Awards 2025.     As Irani walked on stage to receive the iconic Black Lady from Abhishek Bachchan, the moment turned instantly warm and memorable. Abhishek, who was presenting the award, stepped down from the stage and walked towards the front row to greet Irani with a hug, before escorting him on stage. Beginning his acceptance speech, Irani joked that it might take him a while to finish. Playing along, Abhishek brought a chair onto the stage and placed it beside him, drawing laughter from the audience.     The actor started his speech by saying, "I have no business being on stage here. I'm 66 now, debuting as a director. This is going to be a long speech. Take out your popcorn and let's enjoy this moment."     He continued, "When I was a kid, I made a promise to an 11-year-old boy that someday I would direct a film. And that little boy's name was Boman Irani. And I just feel so stupid that it took so long. But that's fine. About 14 years ago, I decided to make my film when everything was going pretty well as an actor. I wrote a beautiful script, which I threw in the dustbin in the morning. And then I wrote a script which took me about 10 years to write. Because it's just a slice of life film, as they say. But slice-of-life films can be boring. And for that, I needed to study. Study the science of writing. It took me 10 years to do this. "My students say,' If it took you so long and you got refused so many times. It was so difficult for you to get funding for casting. Then what about us?' I have this answer to all you youngsters out there. I have been acting for the last 35 years on stage and screen. But it does not necessarily mean that I qualify to be a director. Just because I've been acting for 35 years. You've got to start from scratch. You've got to pay your dues. You've got to work your way up, put that foot in the door and not shut up, so that somebody agrees to make this film."     The actor also shared that Sujoy Ghosh came to narrate the story to him, but Irani wanted to direct it, instead of acting in it. And Ghosh gave away the film to him without second thoughts.          "And I want to thank one more gentleman. His name is Sujoy Ghosh. He came to narrate this story to me. It was a one-liner. And I said that I don't want to act in this film, I want to direct it. He gave it to me for free without asking me a single question. Thank you, Sujoy Ghosh. It's very difficult in this day and age for people to have such a big heart." 二 | 暂停回来黄琨命中远投为中国队反超比分，王丽丽续上火力扩大分差，中国队9:5领先进入第二个电视暂停。最后阶段，张芷婷展现内线统治力，连续篮下得手杀死比赛。最终中国队以14:10战胜对手，夺得冠军。比赛终场哨声响起之后，中国三人女篮的姑娘们抱在一起，尽情宣泄着此刻的快乐。而在比赛中一直表现出色的王丽丽获评为本届亚洲杯女子比赛MVP。姑娘们战胜强手夺得冠军，这让看了比赛的中国观众非常激动。有网友直言：手都拍麻了！ 回顾三人女篮姑娘们的夺冠经历，并不算平坦。在本届亚洲杯赛上，中国三人女篮所在小组是名副其实的“死亡之组”，除中国队外，新西兰队和澳大利亚队分别是前两届(2018年、2019年)亚洲杯赛的冠军。而虽然贵为世界杯冠军和奥运会季军，中国三人女篮还从未获得过亚洲杯冠军，最好成绩是在2018年获得亚军。本次中国队4人阵容为王丽丽、张芷婷、黄琨、万济圆，其中王丽丽、张芷婷是助中国女队获得今年三人篮球世界杯季军的功臣，王丽丽还入选了当届杯赛的最佳阵容。小组赛开始后，中国三人女篮表现强势，连克两个强敌，以小组第一的身份晋级淘汰赛。淘汰赛中，中国队一路高歌猛进，接连战胜泰国队和日本队，最终与澳大利亚队会师决赛。姑娘们将平日训练中流下的汗水，汇聚成了通往冠军的河流。第一座三人女篮亚洲杯奖杯，是对她们最好的回报！ 回顾过去几年中国三人女篮的表现，可谓频频带给国人惊喜。2019年，中国队获得三人篮球世界杯冠军，创造历史。

三 | 2021年，三人女篮姑娘们获得东京奥运会季军，登上领奖台。今年的三人篮球世界杯，中国女队同样获得季军。

四 | 而如今，一个亚洲杯冠军成为中国三人女篮巴黎奥运备战的重要节点。未来，姑娘们的表现值得期待。中国三人女篮主教练许佳敏曾在接受采访时说过：“每一个球队拿到成绩后，都会面临这样一个问题。大家对你的成绩期待值会更高，我们对自己的要求也会更高，但如果中国三人女篮想在这个领域走得更远，抗压这部分是必须要经历的，大赛就是检验我们最好的舞台。” 希望中国三人女篮能够顶住未来可能来到的压力，在越来越多的大赛舞台上尽情表演！ (作者 王昊)
