C |       转机出现在今年1月。社区联合残联工作人员主动联系其家人，向他们推荐了体彩助残就业项目。小梅发现该岗位与自身条件十分契合，且项目收益将反哺残疾人公益事业，便毫不犹豫地报名应聘，并顺利通过两轮面试，正式成为一名体彩公益助残点销售员。

D |       在此之前，小梅从未接触过销售类工作，面对全新的业务领域，心里难免打鼓。

E | 为帮助特殊从业者快速上手，浙江体彩开设了系统化岗前培训，围绕行业政策、运营规范、各类彩票玩法进行理论授课，并同步安排现场实操教学，工作人员手把手指导设备操作、接待服务与日常运营，帮助他迅速融入岗位。      如今，小梅已在岗近半年，每日工作时段为下午三点到晚上十点，七个小时的工作时长节奏舒缓，并不觉得吃力。他坦言自己做事速度偏慢，但接触下来的购彩者都十分友善包容。“顾客都很好，都会耐心等我，从来不会催促。

F | ”工作中遇到不懂的问题，他都会打电话咨询专管员和同事，“不管什么时候请教，大家都特别有耐心，不会不耐烦。

G | ” 融洽的相处氛围，让他每天上班都觉得踏实舒心。      从受助者转变为体彩公益从业者，他感慨万千：“一路走来，我真切地感受到社会上有太多好心人，处处都是温暖。” 在他看来，体彩助残岗位为残障群体开辟了宝贵出路：“这份工作面向的人群更广，更是为我们残障人士提供了难得的就业机会。”      据浙江省体育彩票管理中心的工作人员介绍，多年来浙江体彩持续拓宽社会就业渠道，已为社会提供2.6万个就业岗位；同步落实帮扶政策，为符合要求的大专及以上学历、残障人士代销者提供一次性补助，实实在在为特殊就业群体减负赋能。小小的体彩公益助残点承载着民生温度，也彰显着浙江体彩推动残疾人共同富裕的责任担当。随着全省300个“体彩公益助残点”的陆续建成投用，将会有更多像小梅一样的特殊毕业生，在专属岗位上重拾自信、追逐梦想，在美好生活的道路上笃定前行。
