B |          　　活动现场，法官、专业律师向街道、社区工作人员介绍电信网络诈骗与养老诈骗案件的类型、手段及特点，并结合当前易发生的常见诈骗案例，重点讲解推销保健品、网络贷款、代办信用卡等多种诈骗形式。    VIGO, Spain -- A fire in an apartment building that was reportedly occupied by squatters in Spain’s northwestern city of Vigo killed four people, including three children, municipal authorities said Wednesday.Emergency services initially said that all four victims were between 9 and 14 years old, but Vigo Mayor Abel Caballero later confirmed one of the victims was an adult.Medics evacuated nine other people to hospitals, emergency services for the Galicia region said.
