三 | 王延峰表示，临汾作为全省的资源大市、工业大市、产业大市，要走好高质量发展之路，必须坚持“固本”与“培元”并举，既要立足当下优化提升“旧动能”，又要着眼未来培育塑造“新引擎”。　　“十五五”期间，临汾将按照“做好煤文章、打好转型牌”的思路，加快构建“3+6+N”新型工业化产业体系，推动新旧发展动能平稳接续转换。

四 | 　　王延峰介绍，“3”就是要推动煤焦钢三大传统优势产业智能化改造。

五 | 临汾将坚持把传统产业作为转型发展的“根据地”，围绕“转型升级、数字赋能、绿色发展”，加快推动传统优势产业创新发展，到“十五五”末，全市煤焦钢先进产能达到或接近100%，绿色开采矿井数量占比达到40%，焦化先进运行产能达到2000万吨以上，优特钢占比达到40%以上。　　“我们将坚持把新兴产业作为转型发展的‘主战场’。”王延峰表示，临汾将推动煤层气增储上产、高纯铜基新材料攻坚领跑、特色装备制造集链成群、新能源汽车零部件扩能提速、清洁电力“源网荷储算用”一体发展、医药大健康强势崛起。　　“‘十五五’期间，我们将集全市之力、聚全域之能，把新兴产业规模推升至千亿级，这将是临汾未来五年的最大增量、最强引擎、最硬核支撑。”王延峰说。

六 | 　　同时，临汾将坚持把未来产业作为转型发展的“桥头堡”，抢抓新机遇、抢占新赛道、厚植新优势。“十五五”期间，该市将加快布局人工智能、具身机器人、氢能等若干未来产业，力争增加值达到100亿元左右。　　王延峰表示，有信心、有决心、有能力，通过未来五年的努力，让“煤”和“非煤”产业增加值基本达到1:1，与全省同步基本实现转型，完成临汾工业结构的华丽转身。
